What we need from you
- Access to the server or site to back up. It can be hosted with us or elsewhere.
How it is set up
After we record your payment, we set up the backup schedule, run the first backup and email you the details.
What is not included
- Backups cannot undo a mistake made before the backup was taken.
- We do not promise a recovery time. The plan states the steps and what we expect for your system size.
