What you get

What we need from you
- Your choice of region.
- Your own software installers and licences. For a trading platform, that means your broker's platform files and your own broker account.
How it is set up
After we record your payment, we create the server in the region you chose and email you the connection details. Setup is done by our team, not automatically, so it takes a short time after payment rather than seconds.
Regions
You choose London, New York or Tokyo when you order. The region is where the server is hosted. We do not promise a specific data centre or a specific distance to any other service. If you need to be close to a particular service, ask its provider where it is hosted before you choose.
What is not included
- Software licences other than the operating system.
- Trading signals, advice or strategies, and any broker account.
- Support for the software you install. We look after the server, not your applications.
- Software or scripts that break the rules of the service they connect to. See our terms of service.
